Hiya Everyone,

Hetton had its first ever roller race competition after the presentation last week, we all did a 500m sprint. We are all looking forward to doing more next time because we ran out of time because the presentation went on for longer than planned. It was a good turn out with a few people riding rollers for the first time my dad managed to set Josh Teasdale and Joe Home off on the rollers and they seemed to enjoy it so that’s good. Thanks to everyone who was involved in making it happen and cant wait till next time. The presentation went well and well done to everyone but Sarfraz please try and be on time next time!!!!

The second round of the Hetton cyclo-cross series was on Sunday. I didn’t ride because I had had my nose straightened on the Friday but by Sunday it had moved again I decided just to train so I rode from Hetton to Stockton with Josh , Darren M and my dad (ha-ha my dads bike got dirty). On Tuesday I had my nose straightened again and I have to keep a nose brace on till Thursday of next week so I have gone into hiding (it’s not a pretty picture).

Tonight is the committee meeting I have sent my dad with my report. There is training on Saturday as usual so if I can ride I might be there. A week on Sunday is the northern cyclo-cross at Hetton. I think it is the same course as last Sunday.

If anyone is interested in a ride out in the Christmas holidays let me know and I will sort something out maybe go to Hampsterly or something but please let me know.
