Hiya everyone,

Last week I said nothing much had happened, this week I wish it was the same.

On Friday at school I was walking down stairs and my friend head butted me by accident in the nose and I had a really big nose bleed. His mouth was bleeding where his teeth had gone through his gums I rang my mam about it and Dad came down the school but they told him I had seen the first aider and I was fine. When I got in from school I thought it was a bit off to the right and my mam said no it isn’t and told me to get an old photo. Well that tells you how much notice my mam gives to me doesn’t it!! Well I went to hospital today and guess what? I have broken my nose. I have to go to hospital on Friday to see if I want to get it put back in place. Oh no more pain :(.

After the catastrophe at school I went to Manchester with Emma B. We stayed over at a Travelodge because we needed to be on the track for 8 in the morning. The session with Eastlands Velo only lasted 2 hours this week and it is normally 3 but the Revolution was on in the evening. I would have liked to watch it but the tickets had been sold out for a while. It would have been good. It was a good session as usual and I seemed to manage it ok.

Today we went to Darlington for the NECCL cyclo-cross race. It was a good course,it was mainly grass but the mud was quite sticky and wet. The U 12 race had a good turn out with Thomas M coming first he had a really good ride so well done Thomas.

In the U 14 and U 16 race, two riders got tangled up on the start line and had to take the first lap out to get untangled.
Joe H lead from the start winning easily, Adam come in second and then Josh and Ross who fought it out with Josh getting third. I was the only girl in the race but had to drop out in the 2nd lap I was going backwards but I couldn't breathe through my right nostril. Thats when we decided I should go to the hospital and they told me the bad news!! Well done to everyone who rode today and thanks to the organisers.

On Wednesday don`t forget the presentation and roller session. There's is a games room as well. Should be good.
