The latest coaching rota is attached.  I will be offering a road session on Great Lumley on Saturday 14th June.  Please note this is a conditioning session as well as a skill development one.  Coaches will be meeting on Friday 13th June with Cycle Coaching North to look at common interests across the region.  If anyone looks at the rota file, they will see tabs relating to British Cycling Gear Workbooks.  I want all coaches to develop written sessions against these titles so that we know what we are doing - but it's a really big task.  Still, we do really big tasks, don't we?!
