This will be our first off road session of the season. That means it's time to hang up the road bikes (make sure they're cleaned first!) and dust down our cross and mountain bikes. Make sure that everything is working correctly before leaving home. We will be checking.......

As we finished off the road sessions with braking and speed control, that seems like a good place to start off road. After all braking is always a good thing to be able to do!
