Cycling on track or road can be dangerous. The pictures have been posted to highlight that it is of VITAL importance at all times when riding a bike to wear a cycling helmet. Emma's helmet was badly damaged in the collision. Had she not been wearing the helmet, there is no doubt her injurys would have been far worse. In addition when riding, PAY ATTENTION to riders behind you and also in front, be ready to react if you are so required.
