Two pairs of tri-bars available:

3TTT Bio-Arms (as used by David Millar) - as new £25

Cinelli Corna Tri-bars - these use Spinachi-type fittings - £15

Note that both sets of bars need standard diameter handlebars for fitting.  Oversize won't work unless you mount them wide of the central section on o/size bars.
