I'm off school today, Friday, I must have caught man flu from my dad, although his was sooo much worse than mine as it's taken over a week for him to get over it ;\
Last night I went to watch our senior race team at Newburn. There were 44 riders, and our team did excellent. Our Tony Fawcett gained the most points over the sprint laps, and won over all on the night. John D, 2 Tony F's, Jordan and Scott were the Hetton Hawkers. Me and Elliot jumped on the back of the pack and did a few laps too. I wasn't feeling too well, so put my bike away, but Elliot did great by hanging on the back. Anyway this morning I woke up with runny nose and runny eyes and a cough.
Last Tuesday was Croft week 2, again a load of Hettons Hawkers showed up, even Katie raced and kept right in with us all :)
We are in this weeks Cycling Weekly (page 16/17) if any one's interested. There is a wall of fame with young riders who have won trophies over the last year, and the groups photograph. Reading through it though, I think we should rename the club Team Davidson. Does anybody have any objections? HAHAHA
