=BREAKING NEWS=JOE HAS HETTON JACKET=

Hi kids, big and small, I hope you've all enjoyed your Easter Hols. Lets have a think what I've been up to.....There was a NE talent team training day at Hetton in the 1st week of the hols and me and Elliot joined in with them, it was an excellent session, there were more Hetton Hawkers there aswell. We all learned a lot, cornering, sprinting and group riding, it was worth gate crashing their party HAHA. I've been doing all sorts of training - bought space hoppers and got in a good few miles on them, mine is pink, oh and Elliots is pink, bikes who needs 'em, space hoppers are the future :-) Last Saturday I was at Dalton Park, with Alex and Co to ride the rollers and watt bikes, it was advertising to encourage more kids to get out cycling and let them know about our club. My weekend was a hilly bike ride across Newcastle, my dad held me back though with 2 punctures in an hour. Pot holes, aaarrrggghhh - old men with punctures aarrrggghhh. Monday and Tuesday was Hetton Training, we had a rally good laugh, oh and training too. Alex Mc!!!!puncture repair, explosions, broken pump....funny stories...I recommend you all come to the next one. Tuesday Croft racing has now started, with an excellent turn out, and great weather and great racing by everyone. Hetton positions were good, I didnt get them all but U12 winner was Angus Brown, Thomas 4th Emma 5th - U14 Matty 3rd and me 4th Elliot 5th, if I've missed you out sorry you can leave me a comment and I promise I'll write them down next Tuesday, but with all the excitement, I just forgot. Ben Dobson was racing at Croft too, in the adults race, but I could't stay to watch the adult race, we'll find out tomorrow at Hetton how he did. I'm putting a list of races on the Hetton notice board if any one is interested in having a look at them, the more the merrier at races. OOPS this blog's a biggin' isnt it.
