This Saturday, Hetton Hawks club members and parents are able to come along and do a CCN-type training event.  As last year, the format will be a race-type, but with no formal prizes and completely random calling of sprints and the infamous "devil" (which means don't be last over the line!)  We will also do some timed laps if time allows.

The following two weeks will be open to young riders, but will also include adult riders from around the region (see next story).  We've changed things a bit for this year as the racing has already started - so come on, if you want a work-out or fancy giving bunched riding a try - get your bike out and we'll see you at Hetton - start 10am as normal (youngest riders first).
