Hello:)

This weekend has been fantastic. And so has the weather up in Scotland at Dalbeatie. For round 2 of the scotish mountain biking.

There were 10 Hetton riders in total. How good did we look in our kit nevermind our positions. My family and the Rowland family stopped in our caravans 5 minutes down the road from the race course therefore we rode the course the day before.

How benificial ? A lot!

We had a great but late night on Friday but even better on Saturday when Joe and Martin Curran and the Holmes family came to our site for a barbeque. A barbeque it was. yum yum!!

Then it came to the race day. Every one rode excellently and we finished with some great positions. We had Dave Mclean having a good race this time coming in the top 10 however im not quite sure where? Alex Mclean coming 4th as he died out near to the end. Still well done though. Joe curran coming 9th, Joe holmes coming 3rd, Alistair coming 6th, james coming 11th, Kirsty coming 3rd,Megan coming 4th and me finishing 1st and 13th.

Well done to everyone for actually riding the course as it was very technical in some parts, then an even better well done for the positions in which we came. Keep it up :D

See you all at league 2000 tonight and croft tommorow. If not, next weekend we have the coalfield series round 2 on the Saturday and the police headquarters on the Sunday. Lets hope the weather stays so good.
