Just been on the net to see who won the British Men Road Race Champs. I thought that Mark Cavendish would have won but in my surprise Kristian House of Rapha Condor Won the Championships.

Nicole Cooke won her 10th Senior National Road Race Championships yesterday outsprinting Lizzie Armitstead and Emma Pooley.

I thought it was about time to report on how things are going. I went back to the hospital and the doctors said I had two different viruses at the same the EBV and CMV viruses. This is very unusual.. (I told you Jamie I was unusual but now I'm normal well I think I am.) I have now been told I can slowly start and get back on my bike. So far so good. We had some hotel rooms booked before I was ill and we managed to go to some events. We went to the North West Youth Tour and we went up to Edinburgh to watch The National Track Series and the night before the track we watched the Nocturne Race in Edinburgh Centre.

Its good to see the riders are still flying the flag for Hetton Hawks well done everyone. To all the rider who turn up on a Saturday morning keep up the good work hope to see you all soon. Tomorrow I am off to do work experience so no school!!!! Wish me luck.
