Submitted by admin on 5 March 2010 - 9:10am.John D, is organising an article on Hetton Hawks in Cycling Weekly.
The magazine has asked for photographs of club members.
We will be undertaking a photo shoot at Hetton this Saturday, so please turn out in force in club colours.
Banners and flags will also be on display.
Make sure you get your mums and dads to scrub up clean as the camera lens will also be directed at them !
Lost Helmet and Gloves
Submitted by admin on 14 February 2010 - 11:56pm.A New Specialised Helmet black / Grey and a pair of gloves were in the centre on Sat morning and incorrectly picked up and taken home. The correct owner is missing them and would be very grateful for their return. Please check your vehicles to see if you inadvertently pick-up the items on departure on Saturday.

Kelso Criteriums (All Youth Categories) - 20th March
We have been sent a flyer for these events in Kelso, Scotland. Something of a drive, but the events themselves are dirt cheap.
Please see the attached document, which should open up in any image program now I've doctored it.

CCN Event This Saturday 13th March - Note Time
Submitted by hodgsot on 8 March 2010 - 6:33pm.The second event will be held this Saturday, with the youngest riders starting at 9.45am, so you need to be there a little earlier this week!
As we had a few bumps with the youngest groups last week, I'm bringing back the "riding helpers" idea to work with the groups to improve safety.
I would also like to say that 50% of the cash raised from these events will go directly to the club in recognition of the help that members give in support every year. I am asking CCN's members (where not already Hetton members) to also grant aid the new race team.
