Do not delay, time is running out and the club needs to register member numbers with the event organisers. 100's of entries have already been received for the 3rd Durham Big Ride, the event is on track to have well over 1000 participants riding across routes in County Durham. | ||

This is to enable the selection of the Team that will represent Hetton on the Finish Line in Gateshead of the Tour of Britain. See: Tour of Britain for further details about stage 2 of the race, and be part of the thousands of people from the region who will watch this great cycling spectacle as it passes through our region. | ||

The team that will have the honour of representing Hetton Hawks at the Tour of Britain Go-Ride event at Gateshead has been selected. The selection is based upon the performance of the riders at last Saturday's practice session. Please be at the Finish area in good time - 11.15 am. The club will be conducting the Annual Hill Climb Championship on Sat 26th September The event will replace the regular training session. Don't forget there is a trophy up for grabs and all times will be recorded, so its an opportunity to benchmark your performance. Event will be held at Hetton Lyons Country Park NOTE: BRING ROAD BIKES...... or fit Road tyres to your bikes if possible. Event will start at 10.00am for all riders. | ||
